Nature and Play

When children are encouraged to move and enjoy being active, they become more confident and coordinated. Stability and balance is boosted and learning new things is a synch when children can be free to explore as they wish. Being locomotive without restriction or fear makes children independent and keen to try new things. At our setting, we have a fully enclosed garden, where children enjoy container gardening  mud kitchens, water play, sand play, and climbing frame.

Communication & Language

Communication, Language and Literacy Our library boasts over 500 titles on a variety of subjects that match your child’s interests, age and stage of development. Board books, paperbacks and hardbacks of all sizes are available for little ones to access at any time. We have a large library room where children can explore their book selections and act out the stories and themes using our large selection of role-play dress up wardrobe. Some of life’s most challenging and interesting themes can be understood and accepted when children have the opportunity to role-play scenarios like; the arrival of a new baby, a house move, starting school, loss of loved ones, going to the dentist, doctor or hair dresser. Socialising with their friends in the process builds bonds, security and the ability to communicate feelings.

' Where to start!

Caring and compassionate team - We feel so comfortable leaving our LO with you and can see how settled she is. I think she may prefer the staff to her Dad and I.

Great range of activaties. Visit from the fire service, and updates on the app daily. I am genuinely delighted to have found such an amazing nursery.'
